This script monitors replication by sending out an alert when a local table has at least 100 records more than the remote (replicated) table.

Logic flow:

  1. Get names for all user tables into a cursor
  2. Build dynamic SQL
  3. Store results into temp table
  4. Get results from temp table
  5. Compare results and send an alert if needed
