Oracle today announced the general availability of Oracle(r) HTML DB Release 2.0, an Oracle Database 10g feature that enables customers to easily build, deploy and manage secure Web applications using only a Web browser.

ORACLE OPENWORLD, SAN FRANCISCO 21-SEP-2005 Oracle today announced the general availability of Oracle(r) HTML DB Release 2.0, an Oracle Database 10g feature that enables customers to easily build, deploy and manage secure Web applications using only a Web browser. Release 2.0 of Oracle HTML DB delivers a wider range of capabilities that allow users to more easily develop Web-based applications, design SQL queries, and edit SQL and PL/SQL within a Web browser. The latest release also includes enhancements and new features that allow for overall greater ease of use, increased application performance, and tighter application security.
